Janette's place is great. Quiet, with a magical view. The garden is good for the kids. The place lacks nothing, is very beautiful and functional. Everything is peaceful. Janette is an extraordinary person, kind and full of good advice. We had a lovely time there.

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

The place is gorgeous!! It is surrounded by nature and you have lake Geneva in front of you. It is amazing to wake up and have such a gorgeous sight! Constance has thought of everything - including an elevator for taking heavy stuff (like luggage, shopping) up and down as there are quite a few steps to get to the house. We had a nice time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay by lake Geneva

Very nice place to stay. The house is right on the main road and therefore not particularly quiet. However, this is absolutely compensated with the view of the lake. The kitchen has everything you need and works without problems. The price would be great with a full house and still very fair even in smaller groups. The driveway is a little difficult to catch (very wide cars could have problems) and due to the location in nature there are also insects in the house. The host is very kind and accommodating. Overall, the benefits outweigh well, we would love to come back:)

Friendly owners who do everything they can to make guests feel good. This is a lovely holiday home, everything was very clean and tidy. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or work stays. Fully equipped property with a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with very large space and comfort. We had nice weather and were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and terrace with lake views. It's also a good place to start cycling tours in the area and enjoy Lake Geneva between Thonon and Evian. It was an unforgettable stay and we had an amazing time. We loved our internship stay with our young people, it's to be done again and we will be back.

We had a pleasant time in the quiet and warmth of this private accommodation. Its description matches reality. Other highlights were the proximity to the store and free parking at the foot of the accommodation!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a villa, spacious, very bright and very clean. This is our 2nd stay at Justine's and we really appreciate the proximity to the lake, the bike path and Annecy. Close-by shops and restaurants. A beautiful place that I would highly recommend!

Excellent stay at Amber's, everything was perfect in every detail. Beautiful environment with a great view of Lake Geneva. Very nice bright accommodation with all the equipment offered in the description. Very nice small garden with car location to park. We highly recommend this rental which has a lot of major assets and a discreet but responsive host when booking. We spent 3 nights quietly ,in a beautiful environment overlooking the pond and mountains . The owners had given us all the useful information in advance. We did very nice hikes close to the accommodation . There is everything on site ( super u, bakery ,bar/tobacco...) And we took the opportunity to eat barbecue on this beautiful grounds .

I had a very pleasant weekend, the accommodation is impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated, the place is secure despite the road which is close… Claudine is welcoming and warm. The lake view is extraordinary.

The place is very, very beautiful, and the dealing and communication with her was very nice and kind, and she answered quickly when I asked questions. She also helped me with the best tourist and beautiful places in the areas close to the residence. Also, all my friends ask me where this beautiful place is when they saw the pictures I took when I was at home. I will visit you again soon.

Perfect stay at Lac des Sapins! We had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation. The house is very well equipped and impeccably clean. The decoration is neat and full of taste, which makes the place very cozy and comfortable to live in. Quietly located, close to Lac des Sapins, it is the ideal place for trail and hiking enthusiasts. Communication with the host, Florence, was easy and seamless from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Jean's little house is really fantastic! Not only the location, but also the presentation, decoration and the fireplace as a highlight. It looks worse in the pictures than it does in reality! That's why I understand why it's booked months in advance! If you get the chance, be sure to come here.

Dan was a fabulous and hospitable host. The gite is well appointed and spacious and we loved that very bedroom had its own bathroom. The space was furnished well ( with a lovely few French touches) and spacious and the fire place was a godsend on a few coldish evenings. Kitchen was easy wot work in and Dan went out of his way to make sure we had access to both his BBW to cook on and the courtyard outside the gite where we enjoyed out dinner. Could not recommend this place more. If you need a place in Burgandy that is close, yet far enough away to stay away from the tourists that are in the main towns of Burgandy, then this is it ! Book now !
