A very good time spent there, ideal for couples, friends or families who want to cut off a little from the city and its various pollution. Watching the stars from the jaccuzi, having a drink by the pond, enjoying a raclette after a big day of walking, all that is possible and it's a real pleasure. We'll be back! Belgian Kisses ^^

A very, very beautiful house. A very large kitchen half open to the living room, a very large living room extremely pretty in which there is a large sofa, a large table and a foosball table. Very harmonious set. Two extra bathrooms, take the one downstairs with beautiful bathtub + walk-in shower. Grohé brand fixtures, appreciated. What an exterior! Beautiful garden the loss of view. An exceptional host overlooking the mountains. All kitchen equipment is present (up to the spices!). 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. Possibility of an umbrella bed and high chair. Our kids really had fun. Very nice mountainous and remote territory. We're coming out of this completely refreshed stay.

We had a wonderful stay with Marc-André. The place was a perfect spot to travel to the Black forest, Colmar and the Alsace. Was lovely and quite and perfect for a family. Would highly recommend this house and host!

We had a great time, welcoming host and good advice, peaceful location, etc. Everything was really good.

The place is located in the mountain with a breathtaking view, the only neighbors, sheep 🐑 The accommodation was clean and super cozy. The sauna and jacuzzi was much appreciated. Leopold shared several things to do in the surrounding area as well as good restaurants. He was very friendly and available. We'll go back without a second thought.

According to the description, the check-out should be at 12:00, but the info came that we had to check out at 10:00 via message no 2 hours before, we were all very stressed right now. Otherwise, everything was fine, we consider coming back. Thank you very much

We had a great week at this cottage. Nothing to say about the installation, everything is as described, all the amenities are available. It is very well located, the shuttle to the ski resorts is right on the side of the road, the nearby town makes it easy to shop and there are many activities to do within an hour's drive. The apartment met expectations and is well suited for four people.

Comfortable, well-arranged and well-equipped home. The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the garden much but thanks to all the games and toys available, our daughters (4 and 6 years old) didn't get bored for a second. To be repeated in good weather!

We had a very nice stay at Fabien and Melanie's place, the location is ideal a short walk from the lake and close to many activities. We were with our grandchildren and had a lovely stay. Melanie and Fabien are very responsive when needed.

Very good hospitality from Guillaume and Pierre. The accommodation is very well located in the mountains with paths nearby for walking, our dog loved it. Very convenient and functional accommodation. The big plus, our dog was more than welcomed and made a friend on site. Very warm and more than peaceful environment.

We had a lovely stay at Lydie and Franck's place. Really nothing to say everything was perfect! The lockbox at the entrance is really very convenient, the accommodation very functional and impeccably clean. Everything is designed to feel at home. Thanks to the hosts for their hosting and kindness.

Beautiful veranda overlooking the greenery! parking. lots of space. lots of rooms. large kitchen. walk-in shower. everything was you need. good beds and covered beds. and a huge terrace with very large garden! very private too! Anne is also very friendly and responds quickly. also visited her studio. very beautiful ceramics art! thank you for a pleasant stay and see you soon!

We felt right at home in Stépanie's very nicely furnished cottage and would have preferred to stay longer! In the area with the many trustworthy animals, the garden and the river, we were able to "switch off" and immediately forgot about everyday life... Many thanks to Stéphanie for the pleasant and warm hospitality!

I had a very pleasant weekend, the accommodation is impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated, the place is secure despite the road which is close… Claudine is welcoming and warm. The lake view is extraordinary.

We spent 3 nights quietly ,in a beautiful environment overlooking the pond and mountains . The owners had given us all the useful information in advance. We did very nice hikes close to the accommodation . There is everything on site ( super u, bakery ,bar/tobacco...) And we took the opportunity to eat barbecue on this beautiful grounds .

very nice apartment that is quietly located. We didn't miss anything in the accommodation. The kitchen is very well equipped and we would be warmly welcomed by Nathalie. From the property, you can start a lot of hikes and it is also not far to the waterfalls in the valley. Overall it's a very nice area. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect stay at Lac des Sapins! We had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation. The house is very well equipped and impeccably clean. The decoration is neat and full of taste, which makes the place very cozy and comfortable to live in. Quietly located, close to Lac des Sapins, it is the ideal place for trail and hiking enthusiasts. Communication with the host, Florence, was easy and seamless from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Friendly host, a cottage in a very quiet equestrian center, beautiful environment, everything you need, clean, good shower, good bed (140 cm wide), you can take very nice walks in the surrounding mountains. We were lucky it snowed. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality, Jean-Claude! We'll be happy to go back!

We loved our 12 night stay here in April! The cottage itself is superb, with everything you need for a stay like this and felt very cosy. A superb view of the lake & mountains, a lovely stream close by and close [all within 15 minutes walk] to 3 bakeries, a Lidl, a selection of restaurants, bars & shops, an escape room, launderette, bike hire, a bus stop to Annecy and more. The swimming spot is c20 minute walk and there is a nice nature reserve 25 mins walk away. A great place for cycling as there is good cycling paths the whole way around the lake. The perfect balance of nature, comfort and not being too far to civilisation (but far enough to relax!). Not having wifi was perfectly fine and allowed for time to read and rest. Lots of spots inside and outside the cottage to sit and enjoy. My wife and I will be back! Thank you Simone
