The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1m80 double bed, a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and offers a magnificent view of the valley.

A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
