This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The guest house on our farm invites you to enjoy nature, animals and horse breeding. In addition to the horses, sheep, ducks, our free-range family dogs and also the rabbits invite you to discover the farm. A separate garden area with a sandbox and paddling pool is also available. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
