Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Franklin County

Kyles place was wonderful. From the coffee bar to the little nightlights in the bathroom, his place felt right at home. His space was kept very clean and is only a short drive to distilleries and restaurants. I would highly recommended staying here for your next vacation to Kentucky. We will be booking again!

Great location! Secluded and private, perfect for a nice country stay. Unfortunately, the weather did not let us enjoy the fire pit but we will definitely be back!

We didn’t stay here much as we were bourbon tasting. Nice central location for bourbon trail. We would stay here again if in the area.

Highly recommend! The house was perfect for 2 couples. Loved the charm of the house. Beds were super comfortable! We did a little cooking and I found the kitchen to be excellently appointed which is usually not the case! I didn’t need to use the skillet, knife or cutting board I packed. We had 2 dogs with us and the riverfront park is super close. Easy walk to restaurants downtown. We brought a couple stadium chairs and the 4 of us enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Van Winkle's Secret/Speakeasy rental. Stephen (Host) was very friendly and helpful with all communication and local recommendations. The rental property is nice decorated and is very comfortable. We especially like the unique Speakeasy hidden room! This was a nice retreat in the evening to visit and share a drink together. We highly recommend Stephen as a Host and his rental property! Thank you for our great stay! Jerry

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bennett House. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We found the location to be perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Frankfort, Louisville and Lexington. An enjoyable walk to the quaint downtown of Frankfort. Would love to come back.

Great accommodations, nice staff, and easy to clean up and not have to do a bunch of things, they took care of everything! Loved the hot tub!

We had a great time staying at Bobbie's & TJ's home. They are very responsive if you need anything. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay her. I highly recommend this Airbnb home.

Peaceful and quiet! Had everything I needed and was well stocked w towels and soap/detergent etc. Could use more cookware but I had my own. It is an old house and has old house quirks. Shanda was super responsive and helpful with any issues or questions. I really liked the location - nice spot between Frankfort and Lexington. Super close to distilleries and plenty to explore.

This place was excellent! Close to everything Frankfort has to offer- can walk to the Capitol and restaurants.

Great place, great host! beds are very comfortable! close to great restaurants and distilleries! parking is tricky with a big truck, it's behind the building at the end, one way in and one way out. we had a great time!

Beautiful space in a lovely location. Cute neighborhood to walk around, and close to downtown with restaurants and shops. We walked to downtown a few times for meals, plus there is an amazing bakery just a few blocks away. The space was light and bright and very comfortable - also a kitchen full of things you might need. The hosts have great taste and staying here felt like a luxury boutique hotel only better. Finally, enjoyed the big front porch to sit on in the evenings.

30 minutes from Lexington airport and 1 hour from Louisville airport giving us options for flights. Sarah was very responsive and kept us up to date on the flooding situations and was willing to offer us a refund if we wanted to cancel due to closures from flooding. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Stayed here several times and never had a complaint. Sarah is a great host and would recommend staying here!

Great place, walking distance to downtown. Two twins and a bath on the first floor, queen bed on third floor is loft style with no door. I was staying solo so it was not a problem but could be noisy will a full house. Comfortable bed and the second floor deck is very nice. Would stay again.

Great place! Very clean and cute decor. Close to interstate which makes it easy to discover all the things around the area.

Stayed there to visit some bourbon distilleries and also the KY Derby. Wanted a cute place for four adults. The place was clean and looked just like the pics. Check in was clear and easy. We had a small snafu with the washer but it was not a big deal and Jon was super responsive and offered us a solution immediately, which was kind, but we did not need. If we ever come back to the area, would def stay again.

Stayed in this terrific 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for two nights while my wife and I visited nearby relatives. Excellent location; easy check-in and great communication. Strongly recommend! We will definitely be a repeat customers!
