My group really did enjoy the home very much. We loved how private the house was and felt at home. The Street does seem to be busy during the day but easy to get on to since it’s a one way! Loved that there was a garage so we didn’t have to park on the street. The third floor bedroom did get really warm and did have a little of a musty smell to it. Also, we noticed hand prints all over the walls too. All minor inconveniences. We would definitely book again!

The accommodations were worth every penny spent. The backyard is so peaceful and the game room was perfect.

Very nice place and in a quiet neighborhood. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom is a very nice plus to this house. Nice sitting areas outside on the front porch and the back patio. Close to everything in Westerville, OH.

Our third stay here and every time it’s been great. I even noticed they have been updating some things that needed a bit of minor attention from last year. Nice to see a host that cares about improvements. Light amenities are there typically; dog treats and blankets, young kid toys, coffee and sugar, I think some condiments. It’s so annoying going to a short term rental and you literally have nothing. In turn, we leave some things too. The concept of “take a penny, leave a penny”.

This place was a great find! We were getting together for the holidays with our family - 3 couples and a baby. The house is super easy to find near the highway. The layout works for family or for friends, and has everything you need for kids and adults. Nice perks included shower products, good mugs, and blankets for relaxing on the L-couch! Having a table in the sunroom meant games could stay set up during meals. We also liked the convenient, yet pretty quiet location, and the great local recommendations. In winter, we didn't do much outdoors, but it is a lovely area. The two bedrooms (and bathroom) upstairs are indeed up steep stairs, but we put the family with the baby downstairs. Upper rooms are on the small side, but beds are comfortable and there's space on the landing too. The kitchen was stocked with enough cookware and utensils to make it possible to make good meals - there were some essential spices already there, too. A great stay with a terrific host!

Perfect for multigenerational family from 1 to 72. Easy to groceries, parks, and zoo. Very well equipped including age appropriate toys and high chair as well as kitchen supplies. Super straight forward check in and instructions. Highly recommended.

Robert's home is fantastic & he is a great host.

We loved it! It’s a beautiful old home with much of the original character intact. We felt safe and right at home. It’s a very easy 9 minutes drive into the city. Of course the super hero theme was a fun bonus.

Great location, secured parking garage and the restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store were added bonuses.

The host was super communicative and helpful. The place was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!

Loved staying here ! Everything we did was in walking distance, it was nice to park our car for the day and get around by foot. The neighborhood is so nice and peaceful. Our stay was great ! Very clean and accommodating for us. Will absolutely stay here again if we are in the area!

The apartment was excellent. It was easy to locate, and the parking was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The host was highly responsive and the check-in and checkout instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the Columbus area.

True cabin vibe not far from Columbus! Easy check in. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Having a dishwasher was so great!! Had some issues with the TV Initially but after unplugging it and plugging it back in - worked great! William was responsive and trying to help when we had this issue. The hot tub was very clean and lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub during the day because we were a little scared of the spiders that come out at night. Just a part of nature being in the beautiful, quiet Wooded area! Would stay again!

We had a great stay! The cabin was beautiful; as others said, the photos don’t do it justice! It felt very new and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there were extra blankets in baskets throughout the cabin, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooking on the grill. The location was nice to be close to town to get coffee or groceries. Katie was very responsive via messages to answer questions or give recommendations. We are a family of six, and although the kids didn’t necessarily love sharing a sleeping space, the cabin was spacious enough that we didn’t feel crammed, and it gave us the family togetherness we were looking for! It was also very nice that we could bring our dog along.

We had a wonderful stay for a family milestone birthday. Ryan is a wonderful host, and very helpful. The cabin was perfect. The game barn was so exciting for our kids. Highly recommend!

The Roosevelt was extremely peaceful and an amazing place to just unplug and enjoy quality time with the people around you. Didn’t find ourselves in need of anything they didn’t have or we weren’t notified about bringing. Vincent was a great host and we could definitely find ourselves staying in a property of his again!

We had a great weekend stay! Very relaxing and cozy cabin. We were able to check in early, and the owners were very kind! We had everything we needed to cook meals and we were close enough to restaurants and fun things to do. We would definitely stay again!!

We have stayed at this location the past three or four years to celebrate New Year’s, and it is the perfect spot for our group. The kids love exploring in the woods and playing in the hot tub. Very secluded and peaceful. Beth is an excellent host and so easy to work with. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and experience!

Pam was great! We had a blast so peaceful will definitely be back. The little walk in the back yard to the winery was perfect!
