Perfect stay if you want to experience both nature and city life, with supermarkets and a bike for your use. PS: if you’re coming with your car, we do have a parking in front of the building but it’s for all residents to use freely. So I cannot guarantee that you’ll always get a free spot.

Swiss Cozy studio

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top, under the roof, the studio sits enthroned, with breathtaking views. The garden with fireplace may be shared. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have stayed with us!

The fully equipped apartment has a spacious wet room, a modern kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven and microwave as well as various other amenities such as a LAN and WLAN access and a 42 inch TV. Light-flooded rooms and comfortable ventilation ensure an optimal living environment. The apartment can only be used for tourist purposes and not as a permanent residence and not as a weekly stay.
