This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

We have a year-round ski hall for cross-country skiers and those who want to become one, not far from the apartment in the beautiful Oberhof. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space.
