From a quiet central location, you can easily discover the beautiful Erfurt on foot (only 12-15 minutes to Erfurt Cathedral), or take the bus or train (direct proximity) to the city, or discover all of Thuringia. In the modern single-family house you will live alone and can use the kitchen, terrace with outdoor shower, living room, bathroom + 2x toilet + bedroom. A €0 parking space is available. For sporting activities, the Nordpark (250 m) is ideally suited for jogging, swimming and Nordic walking. Supermarket is 250 m away

Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

Falls nötig ist ein weiterer Schlafplatz schnell auf dem Schrankbett gerichtet. Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich eine Sauna in dem Ferienhaus.

The Fichtenloft is a newly built, detached vacation home (living space of about 70 square meters) and the name says it all: The interior was lovingly and high-quality designed with local woods, among other things. The large, open, approx. 40 sqm living room has a "loft character." A wooden staircase leads up to the gallery. There is also the so-called "bird's nest" as a second romantic bedroom. The Fichtenloft is unique in some respects: You can relax wonderfully on a hammock.

Das kleine Bad wurde im Januar 2026 modernisiert. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten. Einen großen Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Ein Schnarcherzimmer, auch gerne als Teeniezimmer genutzt, kann auf Anfrage mit eingerichtet werden. Das Zimmer hat ein Einzelbett.

If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

The cozy wooden house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a secluded location, within walking distance of the center (the nearest supermarket is 150 meters away). The climatic health resort of Masserberg as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Hiking, cycling and cross-country trails are right outside the front door.

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.
