The house is 5 minutes by car from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a plot of more than 3000 m2, partially fenced. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no car traffic around it at all) There is a 30m2 closed kennel.

La Petite Fagette is located on a quiet path while being close to the village. We love its exposed beams and the small stream that runs along the house. The cottage is located in the Lot, but also very close to the Dordogne to visit the Périgord Noir. Come and discover the charming villages nearby and the region rich in vineyards and gastronomy. In the heart of a farmhouse, located 4 km from the village of St Pompon where you will find all the local shops.
