Peacefully located on a large natural plot in the 2nd row to Kattegat. Only 30 m along a gravel road to a private beach staircase. Cozy year-round insulated wooden cottage from 1997 with large bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside, there is a covered wooden terrace and tiled terrace in the open air. At the back of the property there is a playhouse and sandpiles for the children. There is wireless internet (fibernet). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house themselves upon departure, and that electricity consumption is paid separately.

The terrace is large and surrounded by a fenced garden - suitable for dogs and children. The garden has become a forest with paths that are regularly beaten. The house is heated with a fireplace, wood-burning stove and heat pump. Bring your own firewood or buy it at a nearby shop. The area is characterised by nature and cottages and beautiful beaches within cycling distance. Arresø is only 5 minutes from the house. Tinggården 10 min. on foot.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
