Well-appointed bright cottage, located on a natural plot in "Asserbo Plantage", with 2 km through the plantation to a good swimming beach. The house is furnished with a bright living room with large skylight windows in open connection with the kitchen. Newly renovated toilet with shower. Three bedrooms. Single beds (90 cm wide) in all rooms, distributed with two, two and one. In the garden, there is a shelter. There are two wooden terraces - one covered, south-facing and one east-facing. In June, July and August, it is rented only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

There is underfloor heating throughout the house. 100 meters away is a small farm shop, and only 500 meters away is a private beach.

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to the garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box mattresses, which function as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combined living room/kitchen, entrance and small bathroom with shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with access to the beach from the landowners' association beach. NOTE: due to dog allergy, no pets. Sorry.

Two bedrooms with double beds, where there is also a loft with a smaller bed. Here is everything you need if you want to disconnect and enjoy nature, and take a trip to Liseleje, and one of Denmark's best beaches. In the house there is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. There are also charging stations if you come by electric car. Definitely a home to experience.

Cosy summer cabin - for the relaxing vacation!

Our house is a cosy, classic wooden Danish summerhouse built in 1960 and thoroughly renovated in 2019. New windows have opened up the house and give a great outlook to the garden, the birds and all the wildlife passing through. The last few years we have let the garden grow more wild and this has attracted even more bird- and wildlife. We love our oasis and hope that you will do the same! Nyd et roligt ophold i en charmerende villa ved naturskønne Melby Overdrev og Tisvilde Hegn og kun 15 minutters gang til smuk og badevenlig strand. Huset har en større idyllisk og frodig have, som over de varme måneder har massere smukke blomster og mange hyggelige opholdsarealer. Der er kun 5 min. gang til indkøb, kro, restaurant, pizzaria, kiosk mm. Kun 2 km væk ligger Liseleje, som har en fantastik badestrand, naturlegeplads, ishus og utallige restauranter og barer.
