Monthly Rentals in Freeport

Very responsive and attentive hosts. Made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed over Christmas and were able to host our kids and grandbabies. Sacramento is a fun city with lots to do. This home was perfectly located, less than 10 minutes from downtown.

The main room is light, airy, and high-ceilinged. It contains a little entry area, a bed, a kitchen area, and table that seats either two or four, depending on whether you open up the extra leaf. It felt pretty spacious. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head (but no tub), and there's a closet area in the hallway connecting the main room to the bathroom. The location is great — across the street from William Land Park, and a block or two away from restaurants and coffee shops and a big grocery store. It’s not that far to downtown Sacramento by car or bus (and the bus stop is also just a block or two away). The location is pretty quiet, despite being near two busy streets. The kitchen has no microwave, and I did not find baking pans anywhere for the oven. But there are some pots and pans to use on the stovetop. The bed is pretty low, maybe 18 or 24 inches off the floor, so if you have stiff knees, be warned! I would definitely stay here again!

I staid at 2 of Jim’s air bnbs over the 3 months of work & he has been a great host! Any issues were handled promptly , he communicates well & is very accommodating! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our family, loved the open bright space inside and the wrap around yard. The place was incredibly clean when we walked in. The hosts were responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We appreciated that the location was relatively close to the freeway and multiple shopping centers as well as walking distance to large grassy areas for our kids to run around. We will happily stay here again.
