Welcome to our beautiful house in Freetown. We hope you will enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of a contemporary home. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Location: 12 C Thompson Bay Off Wilkinson Road. Please note- property is located roughly 800 metres from the main road and is a 15 minutes drive away from the Sea Coach in Aberdeen, 15 minutes drive from the Sea Bird in Murray Town , 12 minutes drive from British Embassy and a 20 minutes drive away from Aberdeen/ Lumley Beach. INTERNET There is reliable high speed internet connectivity at the property. NUMBER OF ROOMS (3) The property futures 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. The primary bedroom has it own toilet and walk-in shower and futures a king size bed; a wardrobe; an air-conditioner unit and an electric fan. the second bedroom futures a double bed; a wardrobe; an air-condition unit and an electric fan. Likewise,the third bedroom also futures a double bed; a wardrobe; an air-condition unit and an electric fan. All three rooms have mosquito nets installed. NUMBER OF LIVING ROOM (1) The living room futures a three seater and a two seater leather sofas, a 55 inch flat-screen television , an air-condition unit and a fan. NUMBER OF DINING ROOM (1) The dinning room futures a fridge freezer, a coffee machine, electric water kettle, a microwave, plates, cups and cutleries. NUMBER OF BATHROOMS (3) All three bathrooms future a toilet , a sink and a walk-in shower. NUMBER OF KITCHEN (1) The kitchen futures a gas stove and oven; a washing machine; a rice cooker; a blender; cooking pots and other kitchen utensils. GARDEN (1) The garden is surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers and futures a Gazebo, a trampoline and a 2-in-1 kids swing. ACCESSORIES Bed Linens and towels are supplied to guest(s). ELECTRICITY SUPPLY : The main source of power supply to the property is the national power grid (EDSA). In the event of a power outage there is a standby electric generator at the property that provide emergency power. ONSITE PARKING - There is on-site parking for two vehicles at the property. HOUSE RULES: - Check-in time is 13:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. - Smoking is not allowed in the property. However, guests can smoke in the gazebo which is located in the garden area of the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. It is the top level apartment and has a living/dining room with veranda, 1 master bedroom with en suite, jaccuzi, walk-in closet and veranda, another master bedroom with en suite private living room and veranda, guest toilet and kitchen. The flat is completely furnished with classy, contemporary furniture, including super king-sized beds in all master bedrooms, bed linens and pillows in each bedroom. The living room has a 3 piece set including a sofa and a 75 inch Flat Screen TV. The dining room has a circular shaped dining table with 5 chairs. All bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms come furnished with window curtains. All the bathrooms have water heaters and walk-in showers. DSTV and Wifi installed throughout the building. We can also provide: Vehicle with driver in town without fuel it 50 dollars For out of town meaning up country = 120 dollars without fuel The above prices for per day cost. Seaview bright airy room by beach in Aberdeen

Bright airy room with amazing sea view in Aberdeen village in Freetown. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants but in a quiet residential area with great transport links. This is our home with balconies overlooking the sea from bedrooms and balcony on the front of the house overlooking the hills and mangroves, with kitchen and living room available for guests and bathroom shared with only 1 other person. In times of no power the generator hours are 7-12pm, with hourly rate outside of this time
