Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in French Quarter, New Orleans

I had an incredible experience at Frank’s place. He was very easy to reach, extremely helpful, and obviously cares about his visitors. The place was spotless, smelled wonderful, and is in a wonderful neighborhood! The St. Charles streetcar is very accessible and close to the house. Overall, I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Uptown New Orleans!

Great place. Matches pictures perfectly. Best part was how nice, accommodating and friendly the hosts were. Gave us restaurant and activity recommendations and were very responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone visiting.

Allison was an incredible host! She communicated preemptively, effectively, and efficiently. She and John even invited us to their annual Mardi Gras party, which was a blast! My luggage was delayed arriving, and she offered me anything I needed while waiting. The place was very safe (gated front entrance) and perfectly located. I would recommend Allison's place to anyone wanting to visit NOLA.

Brian and the hosts were so responsive, understanding, and accommodating! Went above and beyond. And the place was perfect and in a perfect location. Right off magazine st! Overall wonderful stay.

We were 3 college friends, getting together to catch up in NOLA. David's place was perfect - spacious, 3 beds (nice) and a lovely front room to hang out. Very comfortable and cozy with fan. We got everywhere we wanted to go by walking or taking the St Charles streetcar. We loved that the flat was so conviently located to Magazine St., Garden District, Uptown as well as Royal/Bourbon and Marigny. If felt like a nice relaxing home spot in the middle of all the hub bub. I was a little worried it might be loud - absolutely was NOT. Great sleep all 4 nights. I would definitely come back and stay again and I'd suggest it to others! Really nice option for your visit. (By the way, never really cooked at all in the kitchen - too much EXCELLENT food in town!) We had an amazing time staying at Lori’s place! She was also the best host— super friendly, welcoming, and helpful with lots of local recommendations! We will definitely be staying with her again. The historic home was beautiful and the location was perfect, just a block away from the most adorable French cafe that was perfect for breakfast. Close enough to the downtown area to visit but quiet enough to relax and sleep peacefully. We stayed in the apartment-style flat with a full kitchen, bath, living room, dining room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. It was super spacious, clean, and comfortable. The classic windows were breathtaking and let in the most amazing light. Thank you Lori! Can’t wait to visit again soon! This is definitely a hidden gem find if you’re lucky enough to stay here.

It has been a long time since we have stayed in an airbnb with all the amenities Robert’s airbnb had! From the coffee pods, to the lint roller, to the first aid kit, (good) shampoo conditioner and body wash in each shower, and the menstrual products to name a few. It felt like being at a friends house and they had all the things you forgot! We used and appreciated the off the street parking, especially during Mardi Gras. The location was great, we easily walked to Frenchman St and the Quarter. The apartment was surprisingly quiet for being just off a main road. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything in the apartment was so clean. The King Cake was such a thoughtful touch, not sure if Robert leaves one for the guests when it isn’t King Cake season, but we ate the whole thing!

I appreciate these guys so much! Everything was so clean and well thought out for us! We will definitely be staying again!

Great stay for our family of 5 during Mardi Gras season! Lots of great restaurants close by. Easy to get to all the uptown parade routes. Loved our visit!

This home was great for a large group! The backyard was a huge plus. The home was as it looked in the pictures and matched the description. The location was decent, close to restaurants on Tulane and Canal and not far from the quarter. There was some room for improvement with cleaning, mainly the floors. Overall a great place to stay!

The home is much more beautiful in person, very impressed. The home is upgraded to make it handicap accessible to accommodate everyone. With the master bedroom being down the hall, it was more private. Nice big master bathroom with stand up shower and big jacuzzi tub. Great location. Quiet neighborhood but still within 4 minute walking distance to restaurants and 8 minute walking distance to nearest corner store. Walking distance to the Mardi Gras Parades. Nice big living room balcony and smaller balcony in the master bedroom. Fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, extra blankets and pillows. Wayne introduced himself to us and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed and made it clear that we could reach out to him anytime. Wayne and Bill were very friendly and kind. The neighbors are also friendly and helpful with parking space. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is in a great area with many things accessible on foot. Easy to use the trolley to go downtown to the French Quarter/Jackson Square area.

This place is in a great location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, and parade routes. You won't need a car if you'll be mostly in the garden district and French Quarter. Easy walking and plenty of Uber/ Lyfts/ taxis. The beds were comfortable. Two of the rooms did not have windows so they were especially quiet and dark (if that's what you want after being out too late).

We stayed at Gigi’s place for a Mardi Gras trip and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were right in the heart of all the action with our own balcony to retreat to whenever we wanted! Plenty of restaurants and shops, and the streetcar picks up right outside. Gigi and David were very responsive and were even able to provide recommendations on where we could park our car for free during the parades. This is a stay that’s worth every penny!

Very nice condo in a great area. The condo was clean and spacious, just what we needed for our week long trip. The hosts were very kind and responsive every time I reached out with questions. The parking spot inside the garage was very tight as we were in a full size SUV but very convenient to be in a covered space. The master bed was very comfortable but the mattress on the guest bed not so much. Great place overall!

We loved our stay here! Great location, beautiful apartment, and the included parking was super convenient and greatly appreciated. The team here was super proactive with communication and though we didn't need anything during our stay, I know they would've been ready to help immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place, spacious, clean with every amenity you could imagine. The location was fantastic, a quiet end of street with little traffic. Close to cable and bus stops, many convenient restaurants and shops . Would definitely recommend this lovely loft and would return!

This place is a hidden gem! Great for groups! The bathrooms shower heads were amazing and the front desk staff was so friendly. Everything was easy in every sense of the word! It's a MUST book!
