Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Gamma, Nearly everything is within walking distance. The historic St. Charles Streetcar line passes right by the building and can take you for a beautiful tour of Uptown New Orleans. It's 3 blocks to Bourbon. Frenchmen Street is on the far side of the French Quarter. There are two streetcar routes, one along the river and one along Rampart Street, which both take you to Frenchmen.
