Holiday rentals with a sauna in French Riviera

Nice and centric

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

We had a wonderful stay. A real romantic break, conducive to relaxation and disconnection. Everything was absolutely perfect: an ideal location, impeccable cleanliness, top amenities and services, not to mention a magnificent view. We recommend this place without a second thought! Beautiful vacation spent in a beautiful apartment equipped with all comforts immersed in a very efficient residence with gym, sauna, pool, quiet and large garage! This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Third stay at Alexandra's, impeccable hosting. Clean and well-equipped apartment in a private and welcoming park. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. The building is new, the apartment is spacious and the bathroom is big. There’s air conditioning and an elevator. Great security in the building. There’s a supermarket very close by and the street is quiet. It’s a short walk to the Palais. The coffee machine didn’t work but Sylvie replaced it right away. The only negative thing was the dirty floor. When I wiped water off the bathroom floor or near the kitchen sink the wipe came up dark with dust/dirt. It could have used a good cleaning. But honestly that’s the only con. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property.

Beautifully decorated apartment in central location, very well situated for sightseeing. Comfortable and quiet. Wi-fi, heating and hot water all worked well. Very satisfied with our stay.

Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

A large and beautiful house that allowed us to have a memorable weekend. The house is located in a very peaceful area while remaining close to the city center, giving the opportunity to visit everything on foot. Thanks again to Cécile for her kindness and flexibility, if we come back to Toulon we know where to go!

Geneviève’s place was fantastic and the pool/hot tub were a nice addition for relaxing in the day and evening. Geneviève is an extremely welcoming host and looked after us so well. Would definitely recommend.

We can highly recommend this house. Located in a calm area, nice designed and modern. There is plenty of space, we were 7 people, and nothing that we missed, despite more vacation days. Sabrina is a superb host. Excellent in communication, very friendly, helpful and punctual. If there is a chance, we would be very happy to come back again.

We had a great family holiday! The villa is spacious, all bedrooms have full bathroom. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The kids loved the hot tub and trampoline. The pool is beautiful but it was too cold unfortunately. The site is enchanting in the countryside of Provence. The town of Rognes is very small with few shops but we found the necessities in the town of Lambesc. The only downside may have been the size and inefficiency of the washer and dryer, but we worked out! We highly recommend this place, thank you:)
