Welcome to "Villa La Marmotte" located in an idyllic setting between Nice and Monaco. The villa has a large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view where you can sunbathe or enjoy a magical sunset! A lovely garden where you can eat in the shade under the tangerine tree on hot days. This independent accommodation, classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We live in Santa Lucia Park, a residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3-minute walk). The setting is very pleasant, relaxing. It is not overlooked. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool (to share)...

The house is surrounded by gardens and terraces and the infinity pool with sea view. You only have to cross the road down the house to access very pretty little beaches . A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

The place is easy to access, 15' from Toulon station, but the city remains invisible and it feels like the world's end.
