Welcome to "Villa La Marmotte" located in an idyllic setting between Nice and Monaco. The villa has a large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view where you can sunbathe or enjoy a magical sunset! This independent accommodation, classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We live in Santa Lucia Park, a residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3-minute walk). The setting is very pleasant, relaxing. It is not overlooked. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool (to share)...

The place is easy to access, 15' from Toulon station, but the city remains invisible and it feels like the world's end.
