Family-friendly apartment (Högel apartment)

With 100 sqm, the apartment offers ample space for several persons: One bathroom, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a cot, as well as a sofa bed in the living room allow up to 6 persons and one toddler to make completely in the green holiday. My husband and I have equipped the holiday apartment as we like to holiday, namely as a family with child and cone, ... Grandma and Grandpa.... In 2021 we opened our 100mq apartment for up to 6 people and a toddler. A large parents' bed two meters wide and 2.2 meters long under timbered beams and with a view into the roof gable is the heart of our family apartment. Another double bed stands together with the cot in our "Rosenzimmer" and on the sofa bed in the living room there is also room for two more people. All bedding and beautiful bed linen are always included. Since you cannot or do not want to go out to eat every day, you have the opportunity to cook in a fully equipped kitchen: oven, 4 hobs, fridge, sink, coffee machine, kettle, casserole, hand mixer, sharp knives,... everything there. You will of course get towels from us. In the bathroom you will find next to sink, toilet, bathtub (with shower possibility) a lighted mirror, hair dryer, radio and a small fan heater. From a number of people of 5, we provide another bathroom (with toilet, hand washbasin, shower). One more word about accessibility: I would not describe the apartment as barrier-free, but it is close. Wherever you went, there were no thresholds in door frames and a built-in stairlift allows you to reach the kitchen, living room, the "Rosenzimmer" as a bedroom and a bathroom. This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. The ideal accommodation for uncomplicated, culture-loving, nature-loving, wine-loving active tourists. A feel-good paradise above the Saaleradweg in the immediate vicinity of the city. If necessary, two additional sleeping places are available in the caravan for the ground floor apartment (10.00 euros per person/ night) Attention: sometimes musical sounds sound through the house. The city of Naumburg charges a tourist tax of 2.40 euros per person per night, which must be paid in cash on site.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

45m2, modern and brightly furnished. Cozy sleeping alcove with a comfortable bed (160x200). The sofa bed can accommodate 2 extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, combination oven and dishwasher. We are happy to provide a high chair/crib for families. It is located in the spa town of Bad Kösen, near the wine region. The train station with trains to Jena or Halle is a 5-minute walk away. Free parking space is available in the street.

The apartment can be rented in combination with another room for 2 people (ask me about it so I can unlock it). The accommodation is located on a farm. Cats and chickens live on the farm. The surrounding area invites you to hike, cycle and drink wine. Various sights can be explored within a radius of 10 km.

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

House Albanus in Schweigenberg

In the middle of vineyards lies the Albanus house at the foot of the Schweigenberg, a southern slope in the Saale/ Unstrut. It was built in 1906 from a simple one that had existed since 1804 vineyard house to a so-called "Swiss house" with large slate roof and pergola. The special feature is the view in all directions of the Cultural landscape of the Unstrut Valley: to Neuenburg Castle, to the Unstrut, to the Zscheiplitz Monastery or across the fields.
