The duplex apartment has been built in a townhouse style and accordingly has separate access from the outside. The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. Directly in front of it is the associated parking space under a carport. The apartment is 42 square meters. From the entrance area, the bedroom (with access to the private balcony) as well as the bathroom (with access to the private terrace) is accessible. The living/dining area with open kitchen is accessible via a staircase to the upper floor.

Die Loggia bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Dreisesselberg und den nahegelegenen Badesee. Gäste können hier entspannen und in die Schönheit der Natur eintauchen. Mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa bietet es Platz für bis zu vier Personen und ist ideal für kleine Familien oder Paare. Wir haben eine zweite Wohnung in der Anlage.

Ameisberger - Country house

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Wooden house at the edge of the forest

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Sleeping is on the sleeping floor with two double mattresses. Heating is provided by a beacon oven, air conditioning, 50 m walk from the parking lot. A shepherd's hut can also be rented. Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.
