This charming City-Apartment "Iris" in a traditional Viennese House from 1912, on the 3rd floor, sunny and quiet, lies between the Citycenter and Schloss Schönbrunn. Public Transport and a big Shopping Street are right at the doorstep.

Vienna-Hights-Studio with Stunning Views of Vienna

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Sissi's garden house: distance - green tranquility - carport

Sissi's garden house offers pure relaxation on 120 m² of living space. The charming, light-flooded house has been renovated and completely refurnished. It is located in an absolutely green location in the noble suburb of Hietzing, where Schönbrunn Palace and Sissi's Hermesvilla are also located. Parking with a carport is available, as well as a 40 m² sun terrace. 3 bedrooms and 1 living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bus station to the U4 (U-Bahn) is only 2 minutes' walk away.

Green oasis

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Very good city location in the green district, by car in a few minutes on the Südautobahn, Vösendorf junction. With the Bus 58B takes you directly to Schönbrunn Palace, Hietzinger Tor entrance, Palmenhaus, Rosengarten and Tiergarten Schönbrunn and U4 Hitzig in 14 minutes. From the rapid transit train station Atzgersdorf, take the S-Bahn to Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere and to the main train station - continue with U1 to Stephansplatz.

Hagenauer House

Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna. The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.

Modern apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator — two flights of slightly curved steps) of a typical Viennese “Altbau” built around 1900. High ceilings, thick walls, quiet despite the central location. Comfortable for 1–2 guests, up to 4 if 2+2 beds are acceptable. Kitchen separates bedroom and living room. Just 3 min walk to Meidling Hauptstraße metro, 4 stops to Naschmarkt, 5 to Karlsplatz/Opera. Shops, cafés, and pedestrian zone nearby.

The accommodation is on the lower floor of a beautiful newly built family home. The apartment is brand new, in the best condition. Everything is included: equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, WiFi, TV, private parking space. The tram stop is only 3 minutes away from us. In 25-30 minutes you can reach the center. Quiet, green location near several sights (Schönbrunn, Hermessvilla, Lainzer Tiergarten...). We look forward to you.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
