The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey house, with a converted attic. The apartment with bay window and balcony has a floor space of about 90 m². The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also a possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.
