A south-facing backyard with a sheltered terrace. French doors from the kitchen/dining area give access to the garden and terrace. In the shed, there are two bicycles that can be used for trips. The house and the furnishings are in good condition, new Swiss Sence Boxspring bed, comfortable sofa, dining table overlooking the garden.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. The house is located on a quiet road at the water. From the backyard you have direct access to the river. You can moor your boat at the permanent jetty of the house. The house is modern and luxuriously furnished with a modern kitchen and 3 bedrooms for 5 persons. 2 bedrooms have a box-spring bed (160x200), and there is 1 bed for children. Bed linen and towels are optionally available for rent (€20 per person).

Also close to the Jumbo supermarket - where you can park cheaply for €3.50 to €6.00 per day - and a 2-minute walk from the Prinsentuin (a beautiful park for walking, sitting, swimming). There is plenty to do in the area! In addition, the center of Leeuwarden also offers plenty of activities, as Leeuwarden was the European Capital of Culture in 2018.

Parking is available in the 2 closest parking garages, both of which are about 550m away. If you come by bike, you can store it in the bike shed (about 50 meters from the house). The house is in a side street of the shopping street Sint Jacobsstraat.
