The hillside house

The hillside house of Château Mazeris is a peaceful place on the heights of Fronsadais amid vineyards. It was completely renovated this year so you can enjoy a magnificent view, moments of relaxation and conviviality thanks to its large terrace, swimming pool and pétanque court. Our region is full of activities and places to discover. Winegrowers in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we will be happy to show you around the property and taste our wines.

Villa Caillou

Located in the heart of the Fronsadais vineyard, Villa Caillou, 110 m2, fully air-conditioned, has a large living room dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen, an office area, toilet as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, 2 master suites of 22 m2 with 2 twin beds (180 x 200 cm), bathroom and toilet in each. Outside, enjoy the terrace and its mini pool (4x2m), as well as a garden table, deckchairs and a barbecue.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

Guest house with charm "Le clos d'Emilion"

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Come and stay with family or friends in this attractive castle by its charm and its location in a family winery, with a beautiful view of a wooded valley and the vineyards of the Entre Deux Mers. Come in for a real quiet break. A tour of the property and its underground quarries will be offered as well as a full wine tasting! You can visit the region easily: we are 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 1 hour from the coast.
