Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Frontenac County

From the moment I walked into Annette and Dave's place, I felt very cared for. There were so many personal touches and lovely surprises, it's clear that they love to host! The snowshoe trail out back is fun to explore and helps you to slow down and leave city life behind. My plans changed and this ended up being a solo trip, and this lil spot was my sanctuary for the weekend. All instructions were clear, I never worried whether I was doing something right. Annette and Dave were responsive and helpful, and have found their calling as hosts! Hope to visit again!

Great place for a family vacation even in Winter. Pool table-game-tv room was great - we could shoot pool and do a puzzle while watching a silly movie or show. Hot-tub was nice and fire pit was lovely. We were steps away from downtown and several restaurants - we didn't cook but the kitchen is nice.

We booked Martin's cottage for rest/relaxation during the holiday season with our growing extended family. The space was appropriate for young children, our aging parents, and our beloved furry family members. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth throughout the booking process. Don is an excellent host and the cottage is beautifully situated. Right next to a bunch of activities in Kingston and surrounding towns.

We had such a lovely family retreat. The lot size was VERY spacious and had room for many outdoor activities. That said, it would have been amazing to have a fenced in yard for our dogs, but we knew what we were getting into. Everything was clean and organized. Being right on the water was amazing! The kids were able to play by the shore and we were all able to enjoy the water. We had a phenomenal time at this stunning lakeside retreat. While it looks like a perfect summer getaway—serene, spacious, and incredibly private—its winter beauty is just as remarkable. Watching the sunrise over the frozen lake is a breathtaking experience, and the hot tub adds the perfect touch, making it unforgettable to soak in the warmth while surrounded by crisp winter air. Our February stay exceeded expectations, and we highly recommend it year-round. Richard was an excellent host—responsive, honest, and ensuring the place was immaculate upon arrival. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet memorable escape, this is the place to be.

We loved our stay! The hosts were very helpful during the snow storm that hit and ensured the driveway and deck areas were clear so that we could still enjoy the hot tub and drive safely. A beautiful spot for a winter weekend.

I had a wonderful long weekend here. The environment is fantastic, and my friend and I felt very comfortable staying in the house for two days. Even though we encountered a snowstorm, we were able to relax comfortably in the house. I highly recommend the hot tub; it was amazing to enjoy the snowy scenery while sipping on a warm drink. Most importantly, the host was very thoughtful and responsible. Not only did they treat us to a bottle of white wine, but they also promptly fixed the hot tub the next day when it wasn't heating up properly. I feel that booking this house was excellent value for the money!"

Beautifully curated indoor space and tranquil outdoor space. The highlights of our trip were the hot tub, treehouse, outdoor fire pit and kitchen space where we cooked with friends and family. We hope to return, don’t hesitate to book your own space, you won’t regret it!

We loved the Place in Verona and highly recommend it. During our 2 day, 3 night stay we hiked in Frontenac Provincial Park, walked along the Frontenac K&P trail... discovered a delicious German bakery and spent a lot of time just hanging out together at their beautiful cabin. It is so peaceful and thoughtfully composed. The wood burning stove was a delight... Silver is a great host and the cabin itself quickly felt like home.

Our stay at the Birch cabin was super relaxing & comfortable. Jolene & Chuck are amazing hosts who ensured we had everything for our stay. They were kind & responsive. The cabin is spacious & well stocked with pots & pans and other essentials. We loved exploring the property, had a lovely time in the hot tub & star gazed on tge deck at night. Our 2 dogs had an amazing time as well. This beautiful property is truly a hidden gem & I would highly recommend it!

We loved our stay on Fairy Lake Island. Kim was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to insure we had everything we needed or wanted during our stay. The house was thoughtfully supplied with every amenity. The many outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the amazing views were perfect. Every evening was a spectacular sunset with the best view on the lake. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Wonderful winter wonderland getaway. Immersed in nature. Great home for a family gathering, with infants. Spacious living area and well layer out bedrooms. Woodland trail led us to a pond we shovelled and skated on. Hot tub appreciated after the skate.

Julie sent us the cottage address and more information well in advance of our arrival. She was friendly and even though she lives close by we couldn't see her house and she gave us total privacy. The hot tub was so amazing and secluded. The house was warm and clean. Very quiet location. We will definitely visit again! Thank you Julie!

I have experienced a few airbnbs to date and must say that I have yet to experience anything unpleasant. That's because of the incredible integrity of hostesses like Charlotte, overseeing places like this sweet gem: true to its advertisement, and very well laid out instructions which kept us from having to inquire about anything. We came to create and we came to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. My husband and I are calling this our "Oasis-Escapis" and plan to bring more monumental celebrations and creative endeavours here.
