There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, there is a double sofa bed. There is also WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and electric heating. Groningen city center is 20 minutes by bike. P+R A28 (transfer/bus station) within walking distance. Train station also in Haren Shops nearby. Supermarket 1000 meters away.

The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

The Torentje van Trips is an old converted watermill. All desired luxury with A label is provided. Here you can see the sun rise and have a fantastic view of the countryside. A lake with beach within walking distance and in the vicinity are several restaurants - entertainment options. The interior is modern while retaining the characteristic elements. Warm atmosphere and coziness. The Torentje van Trips is suitable for couples, families (children) and quiet groups of up to 7 people.

It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

Tiny, secluded and yet close to the city!

Vrij gelegen tiny house ontworpen voor en gebouwd op een unieke locatie op fietsafstand (5km) van Groningen centrum (fietsen gratis te leen). This cozy saloon car is in the yard between the horses, chickens and geese. Enjoy the simplicity of this nice place with a fireplace, your own kitchen, box bed and 'outdoor' shower and toilet (see photos). The car can be heated by a pellet stove and equipped with all comforts for a restful stay. A made bed, clean towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
