Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Small townhouse with our home, equipped to accommodate 4 adults (or up to 5 people for those traveling with children) with a master bedroom and a children's bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Linens and towels provided. Large fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Located 3 km from the village. Unfortunately, we can't accept your pets. Very quiet, large wooded garden, nice setting.

Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed. The house is located in La Clère (Noirmoutier), 300 m from the beach. Built in 2017, it is part of a family property on a large, very sunny and quiet landscaped plot. It is fully equipped to accommodate you. Capacity: 4 people maximum A small house (3 people) can be rented in addition to accommodate the largest families up to 7 people in total in the 2 houses.
