Access to terrace on ground floor. Titran is an old fishing village with a lot of history and can offer great nature and spectacular experiences in both nice and rough weather. A favorite place for fishermen, divers and paddlers.

The house is located in a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminium boat with a 60 HP engine, sonar and chartplotter for fishing, etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1200.- day. The owner and their family live on the same property and have been experienced landlords for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes for shore fishing.

The boat has been taken up for the year. Must be boat experienced/boat license. Remember bed linen and towels. You must clean and wash the cabin yourself after use. The property is 5 acres and large green area means that there is a lot of space around the house, little disturbance from neighbors and surrounding activities. The house was built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.
