The good life at Austrått... Here you will find history, beautiful nature, farm experiences, local food and activities on the lake, land and mountains. Kårstua is suitable for families, friends and groups who want to vacation together. A large and nice patio with fireplace, and a nice winter garden provide good and pleasant gathering places. Our guests can harvest the seasonal organic vegetables in the cooperative farm. There are over 40 different varieties in the high season. Smaller companies or departments can have gatherings and courses here.

Here you can enjoy the silence and relax with the whole family. All on one floor! Beautiful views, close to the lake and beach. Frøya offers many hiking opportunities. Fishing in both freshwater and sea. There is a lovely beach in Aunvågen about 300m from the cabin. We have a 15-foot boat located in a marina 1 km from the cabin that can be used. The boat has been taken up for the year. Must be boat experienced/boat license. Remember bed linen and towels. You must clean and wash the cabin yourself after use. Think of those who come after you.

New kitchen, large bathroom, hallway and living room with 1x180cm bed, 1x sofa bed (140cm unfolded)! All sleeping places are in the same room (living room). TV with Chromecast. Toys and children's books. The apartment is located at the bottom towards the sea centrally on Brekstad. Only 5 min. walk to the city center or speedboat to Trondheim or Kristiansund. During summertime it will be possible to rent a boat (10ft pioneer) with 5hp outboard motor located in the shore just below the apartment. Fantastic fishing opportunities

Nice house with a stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located between Hitra and Frøya about 14 minutes drive to the center of both islands. The house is located on a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminum boat with 60 hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1,200 per day. Owner with family lives in the same courtyard and is an experienced host for many years. There is also access to several freshwater areas with perch fishing on the beach.

Solvang is located in the middle of the town center of Brekstad in a quiet residential area. The property is 5 acres and large green area means that there is a lot of space around the house, little disturbance from neighbors and surrounding activities. The house was built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.

Here you can definitely take life easy and enjoy life by the lake, with everything it has to offer. Fishing, water sports, walks in the countryside, bike rides in rural surroundings and much more. The property has both a sauna, outdoor hot tub, and floating jetty. Boat and jetty with bar (annex) can be rented for an additional fee. (rented out only for the entire rental period)

A charming, fully renovated house close to the beach available for rent. The interior takes you 120 years back in time, with my great grandfathers old workbench used to make frames and fishing tools. The grindstone outside the house can still be used to grind your knives. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and the other with a 140 bed. The loft has 2 beds, great for kids. The bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. I have WiFi, a TV screen, Netflix and a DVD player with dvd’s.

Cozy little cottage by the lake

Unique guest house for two people, located right by the lake. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, this is the place for you. The guest house can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be added. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for NOK 250.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Close to the Hoppsjøbrygga, fantastic fishing opportunities in the lake and water. Boat with 5 hp included. Small with well-equipped kitchen, gas and charcoal grill. Swimming opportunities in both the lake and water nearby. We have a cat and a dog with us at the cabin. Moisture damage as described in the review is not real.
