The owner and their family live on the same property and have been experienced landlords for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes for shore fishing.

The house was built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the speedboat quay. Det ligger en nydelig badestrand i Aunvågen ca 300m fra hytta. Vi har en 15 fot båt liggende i en båthavn 1km fra hytta som å kan benyttes, inkludert. Må være båt vante/båtførerbevis. Husk sengetøy og håndklær. Dere må selv rydde og vaske hytta etter bruk. Tenk på de som kommer etter dere.
