It is a great base for hillwalking, mountain cycling and birdwatching in the warm spring/autumns. The pool, garden, BBQ and sun terraces, make it ideal for family holidays in the summer. Day trip options include the cities of Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda and the stunning gorges and lakes of Guadalhorce.

It is in a landscape reserve full of birds, at the top of a hill, next to Caminito del Rey and El Torcal and in the centre of Andalusia to visit other cities.
