(ONLY RENT TO INTERNATIONAL or national TOURIST looking for tranquility and relaxation, no parties, music, noises, extra guests, etc...) Great country house/chalet with private pool 15 minutes from Seville, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in living room and bedrooms, barbecue, fireplace. Very quiet, with beautiful views of arboleda de encinas. Large porch with BBQ, and an outdoor area for children and adults. Nice pool with porch to spend a fantastic spring-summer vacation. Very cozy and comfortable house, with cold air conditioning and heat in living room and in all bedrooms, as well as fireplace in the living room for autumn-winter with oak wood (included). Satellite TV. Wifi. The house has 2 floors, only the upper floor is rented, with the pool and gardens. DOWNSTAIRS LIVES THE OWNER AND HIS FAMILY. PLANTS and SEPARATE ACCESS, Renter's privacy is guaranteed. 1.5 Km from the Pajanosas,a small town with charm and friendly, friendly and welcoming people, the village has a supermarket, bakery, fruity, hardware store, pharmacy, medical care center,bars and restaurants.In its bars you can taste the typical foods of the area( paella, game meat,salmorejo, gazpacho, snails, etc.... 15 minutes by car from the city of Seville with its monuments worth visiting, the Cathedral, the Giralda, El Alcazar, the Torre del Oro by the Guadalquivir river, the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, its streets and its terraces in spring, summer and even autumn, as well as its popular festivals, Semana Santa Sevillana and the Feria de Abril. 50 minutes away is the Sierra de Huelva and the beautiful town of Aracena with its landscapes and the grottoes of the Wonders. 60 minutes away we have the beautiful and quiet beaches of Cadíz and Huelva. If you are a fan of Golf in the same village of Las Pajanosas, there is a golf course. 15 minutes in El Castillo de las Guardas you can visit the nature reserve of the same name, where you can spend a pleasant day watching the wild animals in freedom.

Spacious villa with pool 20 minutes from the historic centre of Seville, and near the Sierra de Aracena. The property is ideal for getaways with the family and friends. 10 to 12 people can stay very comfortably.
