This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). It's not luxurious by any means, but it has a nostalgic, soothing atmosphere. The property also has a stand-up paddle rental, and beginners can attend a school. The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. There is also a surprisingly unknown trail entrance surrounded by the greenery of Hayama, 5 minutes away on foot. Conveniently located within walking distance to various restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, drug store, coin laundry, etc.

The house is a 5-min. walk from Togoshi Ginza, 7 min. from Togoshi Subway Station, and close to supermarkets, convenience stores, and parks. A police box is also within sight, so you don't have to worry. The room is not large, but it is just the right size for two people to stay.

It is popular with families with small children and those travelling with pets. You can stay with peace of mind because it is a private building. 25 minutes on foot from Kamakura Station, In front of the bus stop, a 5-minute bus ride from Kamakura Station. 1-minute walk to Zaikai Coast. It is a renovated old private house. There is also a kitchen and garden where you can enjoy cooking and BBQs. There is a hot water shower outside, so you can come back from the sea in your swimsuit.

There is an independent shower, bath tab and toilet. There is a kitchen and a refrigerator. Free WIFI, air conditioning but no TV.
