Very clean good for 2 ppl near bus stop so easy to get to the central part of fukuoka

The accommodation was very clean and nice. It's spacious and has a kitchen, so it's great for friends or family trips.

the apartment is tidy and clean. The kitchen is not too big but has everything I need. The water is strong and hot for a bath. There are many restaurants, and supermarkets open around and some are open until midnight. The location although is not in the center but quiet. There are bus stops and train in walking distance and convenience. I like the apartment and will stay again if I back FUK.

This stay for three days, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Due to everything you need in the room, the experience is very good, and it is worth recommending.

You can reach the accommodation in about 10 minutes on foot from Hakata Station with your luggage. The security is good from the common entrance. I was touched by the delicacy of the accommodation. I was confused to book here again the next time I came with my friends. It was very clean and almost all the items were prepared, so it was really nice! The 24-hour grocery store and convenience store were also close to the accommodation, so I was able to use it all on foot. The response was also very fast, so it was nice to be able to communicate right away. I had a good stay at a good accommodation. I'll use it again next time!!

It was very clean, fully equipped with daily necessities, and I felt the owner's thoughtfulness.It is also very close to Hakozaki Station, and it is short from Hakozaki Station to Hakata Station, so transportation is very convenient.It was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay.We'd love to visit again next time we get the chance.

The location is convenience. The place is clean and tidy, just a bit mosquito flying inside if we opened the window. However, it’s a bit pricy compared to others.

From check-in to check-in and check-out, it went so smoothly, and the house was so beautiful, The host was so kind and friendly. There's a lot of thoughtfulness to take care of you, so even more happily I stayed, and I was able to decorate the last day of my pleasant trip to Fukuoka. If I visit Fukuoka next time, I will definitely stay for consecutive nights, and it is convenient because it is close to the surrounding city and airport. We had such a comfortable stay. Thank you

The parking lot was spacious and helpful. Although it is cold seasonally, we appreciated the consideration such as air conditioning, heaters, and warm blankets under the bed.

Lovely house situated inside a quiet neighbourhood, close to train station and nishitetsu feeder bus lines that can take you around the town. Plenty of bakeries, convenience stores and eateries a few minutes walk away. The house was a little dusty on high/hard to reach areas but otherwise spotless. Excellent amenities available, a smart TV, fast wifi, cooking utensils with a stove, electric kettle. 3 adults, including 2 seniors stayed here for just under a week. We enjoyed our stay!

The host was very kind, and the accommodation was divided between the resting area, the washing area, and each room, so it was suitable for many people to stay in a private space. There were plenty of necessities, and it was in a very suitable location for sightseeing in Fukuoka, so I plan to use it again for my next family trip to Fukuoka. : D Thanks to you, it's full of happy memories. A homestay very close to the sea, you can see the view on the opposite side of the roof, and there are also cherry blossoms at the door to take pictures.The parking space is big enough to park a 7 person car. The room does not require stairs to go up on the first floor, so it is convenient.One room is larger with a study room space and it is a 1.5 person bed, and a double bed.Should sleep up to 3 so 2 friends enjoyed their stay.The other is finer, but a room for a small couple is sufficient.There is also a washroom in the basement which is convenient. Another floor is the shower and kitchen, as well as the common space.There is also a bath for the shower and the washing machine has a drying function, but basically the laundry doesn't dry, thankfully the homestay has a drying rack, so we put it in the common space to dry.The weather can be brought to the rooftop and dried. Overall, there was plenty of tissue toilet paper as well as laundry detergent. There is an instant toothbrush and toothpaste, and also the detergent and body soap are fragrant. wifi is also ok, if the signal is poor, you can scan qr code in the big room, it will be faster. It would have been nice to have 2 bathrooms though, more people have to take turns taking baths a bit slower, but it was already nice! Next time you go to Fukuoka, you can consider staying at this homestay!

We had a wonderful stay at Fukuoka and the accommodation had alle we needed. Even a gym which was really nice to have 👍 Everything was as described and the host welcomed us upon check-in and explained all we needed, as well as answered all questions we had. The house was the perfect home base to explore Fukuoka and destinations in the surrounding area. It is well connected by bus and two conbinis and a great bakery are nearby. We can definitely recommend the accommodation for everything wanting to explore Fukuoka and Kyosho - definitely worth a visit!

Very nice place, we enjoyed the island a lot - there are some nice cafes and restaurants around. Haidong is a pleasant host and was quick in responding to our messages.

Great stay! The house was spacious, clean, and felt just like home. It’s located very close to Dazaifu, which made visiting the shrine super convenient, and it's also not far from central Fukuoka. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after a day of exploring. The host was kind and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was neat and clean, so I was able to use it comfortably throughout my stay. The location was good, and the surroundings were quiet, so I had a comfortable rest before heading out.

It's tidy and Joa-yong

The design of the building is a little far from the Hakata district of Fukuoka, but the convenience store is walkable, there is a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for two small families to travel together.

We stayed with a couple and two children (7 and 3 years old).The room was spacious enough, clean as pictured, and I was able to relax, so I enjoyed sightseeing in Fukuoka to the fullest.It was nice to have a good water pressure in the shower, and I was satisfied even if there was no hot tub.You can hear the voices next door and the road across the street a lot, but it wasn't a problem at all for sleeping.We would definitely like to stay again if we come to Fukuoka.

It was a place I've been on my wishlist since before. We finally got to use it. It was a much cuter and cozier room than in the picture. I also liked the friendly mio check-in instructions. It's a few stops away from Hakata and Tenjin, I liked it better. And if you walk about 2 minutes from the accommodation, There is a subway station and a bus stop You can use public transportation directly to Hakata It was nice to have it. I've been to Fukuoka a lot. It was the most comfortable and favorite accommodation. I want to use it again next time☺️
