Newly built mountain cabin (2024) located in scenic Gräsheden's Vildmarksby. Approximately 10 minutes to Stöten ski resort, approximately 25 minutes to Sälenfjällens facilities and approximately 40 minutes to Trysil. Next to the cabin, there are cross-country ski trails 3 and 8 km and snowmobile trails. In summer, there are nice hiking trails around the area and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500 m to Görälven for fishing, 25 min to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bike trails. There are also several swimming areas within a few km distance. Sauna!

Cottage of 50 sqft, 2 km below Njupeskär's parking. From Särna it is 30 km to the cottage. From the cottage 60 km to Idre Fjäll and 90 km to Sälen. Skoterled behind the house and about 2.5 miles to Gördalens scooter paradise. Easy way to find by the road towards Njupeskär. Wifi & chromecast is available. We charge 600kr/night for ’first person’ and then 300kr/ night for each person after that. Bed linen and towels are included as well as fully equipped kitchen and everything for hygiene such as toilet paper and shampoo. The toilet is a separett separett.

The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, skiing and by bike. Right outside the door there is a well developed network of about 100 km of well-groomed skiing trails. There is a short distance to the ski resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 min) and Sälen (35 min). Here you have proximity to activities for both large and small and to all seasons.

The property has lovely living areas where kitchen and living room are open plan and with 7 meters to the ceiling. The fireplace creates cozy factor. 4 bedrooms, a total of 9 beds. Separate sauna with glass door out to nature and ski storage with good storage and ski boot heaters. Here you have all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.
