Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice home with room for fun and games. There are 4 rooms (one without a bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with a trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, family room, living room. everything is in good condition and well furnished. However, the floor creaks a little and the doors stick, as it is not a new house. But it is nice and pleasant to be here. You get the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here myself with my two children. There will therefore be private things in the home.

Enghave Plads and Meatpacking are only a few minutes away with cafés, restaurants, culture and shopping, yet the apartment is completely quiet. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees.
