A 10 minute walk from the Chur main train station, this spacious top-floor apartment is clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet. Five minutes to supermarket, shopping, theater, cinemas, and museums. High quality beds and linens along with a fully-equipped kitchen will make you feel at home. Two separate bedrooms from the main living/dining area make this home ideal for a family of four, or two couples. Chur is a gateway for many activities in the region with many shops, restaurants, and cafés.

Here, where fox and deer literally say good night, is our newly built holiday home with a feel-good factor. Each of the 3-4 bedrooms captivates with exceptional views. Accents, but also a beautiful, simple design, characterized by natural materials and sustainability are very important to us. A place to feel good and recharge. Studio 154 is adjacent to Hus 154.

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

Charming chalet in Brambrüesch GR

This chalet is the ideal place to spend wonderful holidays alone or with the family. The charming living room with fireplace invites you to linger and relax. The large corner table serves both as a dining area and for fun game evenings. The 40 m2 terrace with large barbecue/fire pit has a lot to offer: large dining table, hammock, sun loungers, children's playhouse and a spectacular view. It is not uncommon to see deer and deer from the windows.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious and charming 3-room apartment located on the 2nd floor of an old residential house without elevator which is centrally situated on the main road of Arosa. The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk away from the next bus stop and the ski lifts as well as the supermarkets in Arosa are easily reachable by bus. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
