Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
