Old half-timbered house with newly renovated apartment , fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom with double bed. In the living room a sleeping chair (1 m X 1.90 m) for another guest . Wi-Fi available. The apartment is bright and quiet. Only for guest, no shared flats , no shared common areas. Stairlift available, but the front door has two steps without a ramp.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Mill house on the Nethe

The idyllically situated "Mühlenhaus" on the Mühlenbach of the Nethe is part of the castle ensemble in Amelunxen. Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The large garden and the direct water location also ensure peace and quiet.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The small apartment (34 m2) is bookable for 2 to 4 people and has a living-bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A large garden with sitting areas and sunbathing area can also be used. Smaller pets allowed.
