Historic, lovingly renovated, bright and quiet flat on two floors in Egloffstein castle. The flat can only be accessed via the idyllic courtyard. In the entrance area: dining room and kitchen. The cosy living room/bedroom has a wood-burning stove and leads to the battlements, high above the valley. The bedroom and bathroom, as well as 2 additional beds, are located on the upper floor. The flat is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or climbing the rocks in the immediate vicinity.

With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. Our 4-room apartment is 100 square meters and is in a quiet yet central location. It has been completely renovated and very lovingly designed and furnished. The location is ideal for vacationers and trade fair visitors. You can reach the exhibition center and the city center of Nuremberg in about 27 km. It can accommodate 7 to 8 people. Fresh milk, potatoes and eggs are available from the farmer next door.
