Modern apartment on the 6th floor (elevator to 5th floor) of a small apartment building. The bright apartment is 59 m² and offers our guests plenty of space. The balcony is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. In the small but fine bathroom, you can bathe or shower, depending on your preference. In the kitchen you will find a filter as well as an espresso machine, filled with coffee for the first few days. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances of daily needs, except a microwave.

The loft serves as a changing art gallery and exhibition space for collaborative works by Karl Zwieback and other participating artists. Artists can apply for joint projects, overnight stays are provided. The aim is to realise the most collaborative work worldwide. High-quality furnishings with underfloor heating, box spring bed, designer sofa, modern kitchen with induction cooker, wine fridge.

The apartment is very central – in a short time you can reach Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The subway station is about 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV) you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, there are personal items in cabinets, drawers, on the walls. However, I will set up enough free compartments for you - I hope that is okay with you 😊

Here you will find the perfect base for exploring the charming old town, cozy cafés, restaurants and numerous shopping opportunities on foot. You can also easily reach Nuremberg in a few minutes by public transport. Especially popular with families: The famous Playmobil Funpark in Zirndorf is just minutes away and makes the apartment the ideal starting point.

Fürth - Gabi's small apartment

The small, cozy 1-room apartment is located in a rural area that still has optimal connections to public transport and is therefore centrally located. The house is located on the street in a 30 km/h zone. You have to expect a little traffic noise. By car it takes about 5 minutes to Fürth in the city center, and about 15 minutes to Nuremberg. The apartment is really small! Approx. 18 sqm of living space! A little tight for 2 people!

U-Bahn [subway] connection right at your doorstep. We have sleeping places for 4 guests. Children and dogs are welcome. We have furnished the apartment with a lot of love for detail and hope that you feel comfortable.
