Outside the large window is the ginkgo and the mimiji.You can see fresh greenery in spring, plenty of leaves in summer, yellow leaves and autumn foliage in autumn, and Ofuna Kannon in winter. There is no parking lot as it is only accessible by stairs.Instead, there is no sound of cars, all you can hear is the sound of birds chirping, the sound of rinsing around the roof, and the sound of the wind shaking the leaves. ここは、昭和初期に建てられたと思われる「とても古い建物」です。かつては干物屋さん（Dried fish shop）だったとのこと。奥行が長い長屋で、とても個性的な造りをしています。玄関からすぐの土間、妙に小高い居間、急こう配の階段、少し傾いた2階など随所に光る不便さ。当時の面影を残しつつ、快適に過ごせるようリフォームしました。宿の場所は勝浦朝市通りのすぐ裏、商店街の並びにあるので好立地。勝浦港まですぐなので、気軽に釣りにも行けますよ。朝は朝市でとれたて野菜や干物を買ったり、地元で有名なコーヒー屋さんで一休みしたり、近くのお寺巡りをしたり、千葉県最古の銭湯「松の湯」での入浴もおすすめ！近くの居酒屋もリーズナブルでいい雰囲気のお店が色々あります。勝浦タンタン麺もお試しあれ！勝浦中央海水浴場までは徒歩７分。近くのスーパーは「ベイシア」車で4分。近くのコンビニは「セブンイレブン」徒歩5分。勝浦駅は徒歩9分。よろしければ、お気に入り登録してくださいね♪
