The interior is decorated throughout with a theme of Ujisato Hideyuki, one of the five great elders under the Toyotomi government, who participated in the Battle of Sekigahara with the largest force in the Western Army. The private garden features a reproduction of the Ujisato camp, with a tent bearing the banner of Ujisato Hideyuki from the time of the Battle of Sekigahara, as well as a bonfire. You can experience the feeling of being a warlord. At the "Sekigahara Sengoku Yoroi-kan", the parent organisation of our inn, you can try on authentic armour from the period, which is a very rare experience in Japan (for a fee), and we also have a rental footwear set that is perfect for walking around (3,500 yen/set).
