The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and wood stove as well as with hot tub and infrared cabin. Forests and nearby lakes allow for an active vacation as well as the absolute tranquility.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
