In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. When staying at the Cave of David, you will be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)

Its being surrou Granada, Gojar by tons of services such as: supermarket, coffe shops, pharmacy, bus stop etc. A quiet place where to have a relaxed time and enjoy nature, placed quite close from Sierra de Dilar (Sierra Nevada nature park) Also, Granada´s coast and Sierra Nevada sky station are situated 40 minutes away by car

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. About pets, they are allowed but paying a surcharge of €30 for a pet apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.
