Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Located on the edge of a small hamlet close to shops and surrounded by many hiking trails. Dining room/living room, equipped kitchen. One bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed and one bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
