Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

You can get a sprinkling from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let yourself be spoiled by the Italians, Indians or Turks on site.

Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.

The apartment is in the center of Würzburg, so it can get noisy on weekends despite good insulation. We provide bed linens and towels, as well as spices, tea, coffee and a small gift from Franconia to make your stay and time enjoyable.

The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to four overnight guests. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and the living room has a sofa bed that is also 1.60 m wide. The kitchen is basically equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tray, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which also allows longer stays.
