The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

My nest is a high-quality furnished apartment. The way to the 2nd floor is rewarded with a stunning view of the vineyards and the Main Valley. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from the living area, in the evening the floor-to-ceiling windows invite you to watch the lights of the night. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house with access via the shared staircase. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining area, two bedrooms & a bathroom.

With the bus stop, which is just across the property, you can easily arrange a city day in Würzburg or Karlstadt. Shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car.

TV, foosball and pinball invite you to a cozy get-together and the bus and train for the trip to Würzburg are minutes away. By bike, the city center of Würzburg can be easily reached in just under 30 minutes and the Main and the vineyards are almost at your doorstep.

Main3 is a lovingly renovated guest house from the 18th century directly on the Main and the Main Valley bike path. We offer a total of 4 rooms. 2 rooms with accommodation for up to 4 people, ideal for families with children, and 2 rooms with accommodation for 2 people each. All rooms have a private bathroom. Furthermore, the house offers a fully equipped shared kitchen and dining area for up to 12 people for our guests.

Playgrounds and a restaurant with a beer garden are approx. 200 meters from the house.

Our apartment is not large, but optimally furnished to relax and rest after a busy or eventful day. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance and a mini terrace. Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields. We are happy to help with all kinds of information about Würzburg and the wonderful surroundings.
