Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation.
