It has a panoramic living room with kitchen (pots, plates, glasses, cups, high chair are available), TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and sofa. The two bedrooms, one with a view of the Gulf, are both equipped with a double bed, a wrought iron wardrobe and smartTV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine.

La Casetta di Marianna is an elegant studio apartment with a loft, located in the village of Gaeta, in one of the characteristic alleys of Via Indipendenza. Newly renovated, the house consists of a living area with large kitchen, sofa bed, bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, smart TV, WiFi and a sleeping area with double bed. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
